Motivation is one of the most important factor in our lives. To be happy and successful, we can motivate ourselves by reading motivational books, but if we just have little time to read, we can just read motivational quotes repeatedly every day.
Below is the link to a free motivational e-book for success, click to download and start a habit of reading the quotes every day. And the most important is to put the quotes into daily practice. Reading only won't make you success, but actions will.

Never lose your confidence
I remember when I was a teenager, there was a movie starred by Andy Lau, a famous Hong Kong actor (also a singer). I have forgotten the title of the movie. That time I heard a quote said by Andy Lau in the movie.
In the movie, Andy's friend asked, "Do you have confidence to success?" (they are about to proceed an important Flying Tiger Team mission).
Andy answered, "With confidence, you will not definitely succeed, but without confidence you will definitely fail."
At that time, Andy's answer carved so deeply in my heart. Until now, I still remember that quote clearly. From this quote, we can see how important CONFIDENCE is.
Many inventions are actually results of hard work with full confidence. Like the light bulb, invented by Thomas Alva Edison. If he gave up just after a few experiment failure, I believe he won't be so famous and he wouldn't have invented the light bulb.
So, if you have a goal and are working hard to achieve it, NEVER lose your confidence just because of any difficulties you meet!

Live without regret
Sometimes, we hear people saying that they regret doing something (especially when they see the results of their actions). These commonly happen when things become worse after their actions. Nobody would say "regret" if good things happen to them.
Something that seems good in appearance doesn't mean that it's really good inside. And something which is not good in appearance maybe something good in disguise. Let me tell you a story that happened in China long ago. This is probably known by many people.
Long ago, in China, there was a young man, who found a horse at a field. He happily rode it back to his home and told his father about it. They were very happy since horse was quite expensive and they were poor that time.
Not long after that, the young man rode the horse out. A few hours after that, someone informed that young man's father that his son (the young man), fell down from the horse and broke his legs. He thought that the horse had brought them misfortune.
Their country was recruiting new young men for being soldiers at that time. And the king made a new rule that all young men should become soldiers for their country. Of course, everyone knew that it's hard to come back after going to war field. But when their family was asked for young men, they fortunately excluded from this obligation because of his son's broken.
A few months later, the war ended but the news of no survival back to hometown, had proven to the family that they were fortunate enough because their son was not selected for being a soldier.
So, remember that something you call "misfortune" could be "fortune" in disguise.

To angry or not to angry
If you face a problem that you find hard to get over, just smile and don't get angry cause it will affect your health.
When I was in secondary school, I've ever read a book written by Dale Carnegie, a famous speaker and writer of motivational books. The title of the book is "How to stop worrying and start living". He said that for the sake of our health, let's not get angry.
It's not easy not to be angry, but try considering this. For example: one day, somebody says you are stupid. How do you react?
If somebody says that you are stupid, you should think whether he is saying the truth or not. If it's true, let him be because he's telling that you need to study hard or learn more.
If somebody says that you are stupid, but you don't think so, why do you need to bother about it? You aren't stupid, are you?
Life is short, don't play with your health. Cherish it.

Smile is your courtesy language
Do you have friends who seldom smile to you when you meet? Well, don't blame them for not smiling to you. Try to smile first at them. If you do this, they will probably smile at you. If they don't, try again next time. Smiling will make your life happier and people around you will find that you are friendly. This is important when you want to pass your day whether at work or at home. If you put on a gloomy face, people around you will get far from you. You'll be lonely all time. Sometimes, you don't have to say anything if you don't know what to say, but give a warm smile will be a good response to others.
My First Post
Hello, I would like to share my opinion about daily happiness. Actually, you can find happiness in every little thing in your life. Of course, no one wants to be unhappy. Life is unpredictable, but death is. What matters is not to brood over these unhappiness, but how to live happily.
